Red Hat OpenShift I: Containers & Kubernetes (DO180) helps you build core knowledge in managing containers through hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and the Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform. These skills are needed for multiple roles, including developers, administrators, and site reliability engineers.

This course is based on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.10.

DO188VT+EX188 (Exam) will be the replacement of this course.

  • Be able to use a Linux terminal session, issue operating system commands, and be familiar with shell scripting
  • Have experience with web application architectures and their corresponding technologies

Become a Red Hat Certified System Administrator, or demonstrate equivalent experience

CERTIFICATION EXAM

The Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers and Kubernetes exam (EX180) tests your skills and knowledge of the fundamentals of containers and OpenShift, including the ability to find, customize, run, and manage containerized services in both stand-alone environments, and environments with both Kubernetes and OpenShift.

By passing this exam, you become a Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers and Kubernetes , which also counts towards earning a Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA®).

This exam is based on Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform 4.5.
